I am ritual by daily habits. I, as you know, eat well, exercise daily, work hard and am never late. Tv is a rare watch for me. I am busy from the time I get up (5am) till I am finished at the end of my day (10pm) I work hard for my Company as this is an investment for me and our future ( Hylton Security Inc.). I know the next talk you give will be even better. You evaluate and re-evaluate, break all wording down to better the next talk. I look foreword to your next email. M RJ,
